ARLP C26 Graduation

27 May 2021

Congratulations to the graduating cohort of ARLP Course 26 who completed Session 5 of their program last week in Dubbo.

The aim of the final session was to continue leadership development with a focus on cross-cultural leadership, influence and impact mostly in relation to their Enhancing Rural Community Wellbeing Initiative project (which will be launched in the coming months).

The emphasis was on learning in context and on location within communities with a diverse cultural backgrounds by meeting and interacting with local leaders on site.

Graduation day included a participant/partner workshop at Lazy River Estate in the morning followed by the graduation ceremony at Rhino Lodge in the evening.

The cohort have exhibited great resilience and adaptiveness to the challenges around program delivery in a pandemic world. What is typically a 17-month program was drawn out to 22 as a result of COVID.

We welcome the C26 graduates to the ARLF network of rural leaders who are achieving great things for their communities and industries right across Australia.
