Agribusiness professionals
The Australian Agribusiness Leadership Program focuses on developing individual and collective behavioural change helpful to an adaptive leadership style. It combines current adult education principles tailored to challenges and opportunities within the Australian agribusiness sector. Participants are challenged to respond to complex real-world scenarios facing the sector in a supportive environment.
As a result, participants develop greater self-awareness. A deep sense of trust amongst their group encourages learning from others and inter-organisational connections. Thus, the Australian Agribusiness Leadership Program creates diverse networks of leaders from across the sector. With the support of the network, agribusiness leaders are ready to lead change and act on challenges and opportunities whether it be transforming a business or generating significant social impact.
Most places on the program are purchased by an agribusiness organisation via a registration form. Simultaneously, employees are encouraged to complete an application for those places. Participation in the Australian Agribusiness Leadership Program can also be self-funded.
