Our programs
The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation develops and supports rural, regional and remote leaders so they have the skills, experiences and connections to lead. For over 26 years we have developed over 1,600 leaders, who are positively contributing to their industries and communities within regional Australia.
We work with our diverse alumni of leaders and our sponsors to continue to develop and support outstanding rural, regional and remote leadership.
Our programs develop leaders
Our programs combine people from diverse industries, communities and backgrounds. Participants develop a network of supportive leaders, who are all working for the greater good of Australia.
All our programs are based on our philosophy of providing participants with:
- experiential learning – challenging situations in a range of contexts
- the time and space for reflection
- opportunities to develop to become an intuitive leader who can work in complexity
- the ability to influence and make an impact in rural, regional and remote Australia.
