Leadership for our Regions
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation is partnering with the Regional Australia Institute to deliver the Leadership For Our Regions program in South West WA.
This eight-day, two-session residential program will explore the incredible opportunities for leaders working and living in the South West Region of Western Australia and will provide a network for collaborative leadership in the future.
Program Dates
Session 1: 24 – 28 February 2020
Session 2: 29 April – 1 May 2020
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in or currently influencing regional initiatives, organisations or industries. We have 24 funded positions to offer to suitable candidates who are able to satisfy the requirements of the program as outlined in the application form.
Please apply if you are looking for development opportunities to expand and challenge your leadership thinking and practice, collaborate with others, discuss and debate issues and shape a vision for the future of your region.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Positions on this program are fully-funded for successful applicants, however you will need to manage and fund your own travel to and from the program. There are some minor incidental costs during the program as well.
HOW TO SIGN UP
Applications are now closed.
Individuals interested in participating are required to submit an online application form. Successful applicants will be willing and open to learn, and have demonstrated their commitment and contribution to the region. This will be balanced with the need for a diverse cohort that reflects the region. Participation from business, industry and local government, men/women, those of different cultural backgrounds and mix of ages will be important.
