Tracy is an owner operator of a family pork business located in South Burnett, Qld. Tracy has been Chair of Riverbend Pork Group, the third largest pork producer company on the eastern seaboard, for the past three years. She is an Australian Pork Limited delegate, a director with Pork Queensland and is active on the steering committee for the Australian Pork Young Leaders group.

Tracy is passionate about her industry and is driven to inspire and carve leadership pathways for young producers and women. Tracy is focused on developing personal strengths, confidence and identifying areas for growth.
