Thirteen leaders graduate from TRAIL: emerging leaders program

16 October 2018

Thirteen leaders from rural, regional and remote Australia graduated from the TRAIL: emerging leaders program in Canberra last night.

The eight-day program held in Canberra and surrounds provided many challenging opportunities for this diverse group of emerging leaders to identify and expand their leadership skills.

The participants stepped away from their busy lives to focus on developing their abilities to collaborate, communicate, influence and lead. Graduates of the program were sponsored by industry and government organisations, or their employers.

Some of the benefits of the program are the opportunities to reflect on their own stage of leadership, make commitments to future leadership and to maximise the valuable networks that are provided as a result of participating in the program.
