We are glad to announce that we have begun working on the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
As an organisation that supports reconciliation with strong internal support from its leadership team, we have chosen an Innovate RAP.
An Innovate RAP runs for two years, and outlines actions for achieving an organisation’s vision for reconciliation.
Currently in the internal consultation phase, we will shortly be looking for input and feedback from interested alumni. If you would like to be involved email Annette McCarthy at annettem@rural-leaders.org.au to register your interest.
We hope to launch the Reconciliation Australia registered RAP during NAIDOC Week this July.
