Meet the 32nd cohort of the Australian Rural Leadership Program

The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation is proud to welcome the 32nd cohort of the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) – Australia’s longest and most in-depth cross-sectoral leadership development program.

Over the next 15 months, 29 participants will embark on four residential sessions, delivered both in Australia and internationally, where they will develop the skills, mindset and networks needed to lead through complexity and drive change across our regions.

This year’s cohort brings together changemakers from diverse sectors including agriculture, health, arts, local government, sustainability, and First Nations leadership. Participants hail from across the country from Moa Island in Far North Queensland to Esperance in Western Australia, and many places in between.

Thanks to the generous support of sponsors, 28 scholarships were awarded through a highly competitive selection process. These investments are crucial to ensuring leadership potential is not limited by geography or financial means.

The ARLP creates a powerful network of people equipped to influence their organisations, industries and communities. We congratulate Course 32 and look forward to the change they’ll spark across rural, regional and remote Australia.
