Ben is passionate about the extension of people and their ability to make a leadership contribution in regional areas. He has operated large businesses and agribusinesses in Australia and has enjoyed the benefit of the Australian Leadership Foundation’s Network of alumni.

Ben’s qualifications include B.Ec (Latrobe), M.Bus, Agribusiness (Monash), MAICD. Ben is Chair of a
number of companies including RLF Ag Tech Limited.ASX (RLF), ProAgni Holdings Pty Ltd, and
Bioborne Pty Ltd and is also a Non-Executive Director for Australian Wool Network Pty Ltd, Executive
Director of Axioma Biologicals (Australia) Pty Ltd and Managing Director of Ulonga Pty Ltd (family
farming enterprise).
