What is co-design and why should we care about it?
When it comes to community, industry, business or government there are always projects, initiatives, and actions to make things better, and to bring change. But enduring, positive change for all stakeholders is a big, complex task – and can only happen through co-design. It’s not about doing things to or for our communities – it’s about doing it with, even by being led by our communities.

Heather Ellis – community leader, social worker and changemaker driven by her creativity, energy and collaborative spirit.
Heahter draws upon her passion for community and collaboration to create and strengthen partnerships with industry, government and other key stakeholders to deliver on-the-ground impact and build leadership capacity in regional, rural and remote communities.
