This notice is issued under the Constitution of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF).
I call for expressions of interest to fill a casual vacancy on the Board of Directors of the ARLF.
The ARLF seeks to appoint a casual board member with expertise and capability to lead boards and companies.
This board member will form part of the succession plan for a Board Chair within the first 12 months of engagement.
An expression of interest must be received by 25 April 2022 and include the following:
- A statement of claims regarding the knowledge and skills that you would bring to the Board taking into consideration the role description for the casual vacancy which can be downloaded here.
- Curriculum vitae
- The name and contact details for two referees that can verify your claims
