Benny has been teaching and facilitating leadership and systems change for over two decades. He has designed and facilitated high-impact programs for government agencies, schools, universities, non-profits, and companies in Australia, the Philippines, Rwanda, Singapore, and the USA.

In recent years Benny has been a contributor to many ARLF projects and has been an integral member of our facilitation team in programs such as Regenerate, TRAIL, LARC and Change Maker.

Benny is driven by collaboration, economic and social justice, and ecological sustainability. He has a strong interest in the ethics of social change and how we meet this moment in local, national, and global climate action.

Benny is an internationally certified coach and writes regularly on ecology and leadership. Benny believes the deepest change happens through creating powerful lived experiences and embodied storytelling.
