Apply now for the Australian Rural Leadership Program Course 32

As regional Australia grows, so do the challenges and opportunities that come with it.

Do you know someone ready to step up and lead? If so, the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) Course 32 could be for them.

About the ARLP

The ARLP is an 15-month immersive leadership program, focusing on creating leaders who are adept at mobilising networks and driving positive change in rural, regional and remote communities, industries and organisations.

Over the last 30 years, the ARLP has attracted people from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive cohort who form a valuable and broad resource of expertise, with an enormous capacity to lead, inspire and create change.

The ARLP accepts up to 30 participants per program, chosen on the basis of their contributions to rural sectors, their plans for the driving change and an ability to see beyond themselves towards the bigger picture including:

    • Established rural leaders: Looking to tackle complex challenges and make a significant impact.

    • Passionate community advocates: Looking to enhance advocacy skills and deepen community engagement.

    • First Nations leaders: Looking to combine Traditional Knowledge with dynamic leadership skills to benefit your communities and industries.

Spread across in-person sessions and online learning modules over the 15 months, participants also benefit from individual coaching sessions and action learning groups that support your growth throughout the program. As well as graduating into a supportive network of close to 3000 leaders across the country.

Scholarships

The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation aims to have up to 30 scholarships available, each valued at over $60,000. Successful applicants will be matched with sponsors that align with their industry, sector, or purpose, ensuring a tailored supportive experience. If there is no scholarship available, you may also have the option to bring your own sponsor.

Prospective donors

As regional Australia grows, so does the ARLP. We want to make more places available in our programs to help build leadership capacity in rural, regional and remote industries and communities.

To achieve this goal, we need help supporting our future cohorts through scholarships- just as you were supported in your program.

If you, your organisation or someone you know are interested in investing in a future ARLP cohort please get in touch with our Manager of Business Development, Tristan Richmond.

By funding a scholarship, you provide opportunities for leaders to gain essential skills and knowledge, amplifying their impact across industries and regions.
