Are you a First Nations facilitator ready to inspire change?

The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF) is looking for passionate First Nations facilitators! This is your chance to empower communities across rural, regional, and remote Australia and make a real difference.

We’re looking for individuals who have:

  • A deep commitment to rural, regional, and remote areas.
  • Rich experience working with diverse First Nations peoples and cultural frameworks.
  • Strong skills in adult learning and facilitation.
  • Awareness and interest in experiential learning and leadership development.

What’s in it for you? A unique opportunity to lead workshops and programs that shape diverse First Nations leaders, impacting communities across the country.

Interested? Send a brief email to Andrea Hogg, our Learning Director (andreah@rural-leaders.org.au). Share an experience where your facilitation didn’t just touch lives in the room, but resonated beyond!

Join us in a journey of respect, engagement, and celebration of First Nations cultural knowledge.

Please note this opportunity is suitable for self-employed First Nations peoples with opportunities available on an as-needed basis.
