What makes the ARLP unique?

The Australian Rural Leadership Program is Australia’s longest leadership program for people in rural, regional and remote communities or industries. Delivered over 15 months, the program includes face-to-face sessions delivered across Australia and overseas with additional self-paced learning delivered online.

All participants, including build leadership capacity to take back with them into rural, regional, and remote spaces. Its experiential learning focuses on communication, deep listening, and self-awareness, preparing participants to tackle real-world challenges.

Looking ahead

These leaders are now part of a powerful network of nearly 3000 alumni who are helping to lead their communities and industries through the challenges or opportunities that come up in an ever-changing world.
